Anoto AB, sister company to C Technologies has adopted Lotus Quickplace to facilitate effective collaboration across geographical boundaries, creating a virtual environment for international project collaboration.
Using Lotus Quickplace Anoto AB and its international partner community were provided with an easy to use, structured environment for collaboration, managing project milestones and sharing time-critical information.

Over a period of 10 months over 1000 documents, presentations and pictures were entered into the system including technical specifications, code fragments, files and most importantly diary entries to drive project progress.

Through the implementation of Lotus QuickPlace, Anoto AB facilitated cross-team working with its partners. The product itself was very cost effective with limited investment, quick deployment and zero training costs.

The key features of Lotus Quickplace: full text search, weekly newsletter, importing to html, native text editor and access security features were big wins for the partners and led to rapid population of the system by the team. The system became the touch point for projects, generating a central repository of information that gave provenance to the development of the digital organiser.

Anoto AB now have teams which can focus on the projects at hand without being distracted by a series of complicated systems and process to share information and collaborate on new developments.
