Customer case study reveals 400% ROI
Sysnet customer CES Microcare was in action presenting to over 100 companies at the recent MX Alliance 'Mobilising for Profit" event at Edinburgh's Dynamic Earth venue.
The theme of the seminar and exhibition was to show companies how to use the best of wireless technology today to energise and streamline the right parts of their business.
CES Microcare service microwave ovens for many household names like Burger King, KFC, Costa Coffee and even Gordon Ramsey's London restaurant, as shown in ITV's Hell's Kitchen".
Managing Director Malcolm Skinner presented a case study covering 12 months use of Sysnet Smartform™ digital pen and paper solution and reported a return on investment of 400% over the year.
The solution, which makes Skinner's microwave service company more efficient was designed to be rugged, efficient, non-intrusive and cost effective.
Says Malcolm, "Kitchens are hostile environments - handhelds with fiddly pointers and small screens at the end of the day didn't cut it and we opted for digital pen and paper. My customers are well impressed and the pen is always a talking point when the chef is signing off on the repair".
Tracey Ward of the MX Alliance commented "Malcolm's solution is a perfect example of mobilising for profit. His engineers are using some of the hottest technology around in a very simple and practical form factor, and reaping the benefits as a result."
